Four Steps for Registration



The Wagemark Foundation has many resources to help you start the conversation about responsible wage ratios within your organization. You can download our Registration Guide, or contact us directly to get started.

Wage Ratio

You will need access to payroll and revenues. You do not need to share this information or any documents with the Wagemark Foundation.


The online application should take under 10 minutes to complete. If you need assistance, please contact the Wagemark Foundation.


Almost there… the Wagemark Foundation will call you to verify the information in your application. Once verified, you will receive the Wagemark Registered logo and your organization’s name will be added to the Registry.

Do you have…

  • approval from senior leadership to become a Wagemark Registered organization?
  • contact information for the organization’s highest paid employee (usually the President or CEO)?
  • proof of organization’s wage ratio if requested?
  • total number of part- and full-time employees in your organization?

What’s next?

Once you’ve submitted the online application the Wagemark Foundation will contact you within 48 hours to verify the information before sending the Wagemark Registered logo and adding you to the Global Registry.

What’s required of me after registration?

We hope that all registered organization will take pride in this new community and share the Wagemark mission by including the Wagemark Registered logo on their website. The Wagemark Foundation will remind you to update your information every year so that your registration information stays current.
